We gladly accept returns if your order was anything less than perfect! However, we ask that you read our return guidelines before requesting a return.
We do not accept:
- Shipments that are damaged in transit. If this occurs, we recommend that you contact the carrier.
- Shipments that arrived later than expected. We always strive to be as accurate as possible in determining shipping times, but we are not in control of postal delays.
- Products that have been cut, stained, or damaged in any way.
- Products that don't match computerized colors. As much as we try to have perfect pictures, some devices or lighting may look different from actual products. If you believe that the product does not match the description, please contact us.
We do accept:
- Products that don't match the online description.
- Products with blurry or otherwise distorted images.
- Products that do not meet the dimensions stated on the website.
- Products other than what you ordered. (We hope this never happens).
